Kartik Aaryan has been garnering praise for the power-packed trailer of his film Chandu Champion. The actor visited his hometown Gwalior for the grand trailer launch of the Kabir Khan directorial. Aaryan's character is based on Murlikant Petkar, who is India's first Paralympic gold medallist. Ever since the Chandu Champion trailer dropped, positive reactions have been pouring in from all corners. Producer and filmmaker Karan Johar, too, shared his review of Kartik's film trailer on social media.

Karan Johar reposted Chandu Champion's trailer on his Instagram stories and shared his thoughts about Kartik Aaryan's film. The producer and filmmaker wrote, "the blood sweat, and tears are evident in every frame of this ambitious and heartfelt true story! (sic)." Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan has reacted to the overwhelming response to Chandu Champion's trailer. The actor expressed gratitude for the thunderous feedback. He shared a heartfelt note on his official social media handle.
"The love pouring in from all corners didn't allow me to sleep the entire night. Have been reading each and every response on all platforms. Your love is my superpower, which makes me feel like a Champion every day (sic)," Kartik captioned his post.
Karan Johar collaborates with Kartik Aaryan
In other news, Karan has collaborated with Kartik after their Dostana 2 fallout. An official announcement of the same was made by Aaryan on his birthday last year. The film is yet to be titled and it will be directed by Sandeep Modi. KJo is co-producing the film with Hiroo Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Ektaa Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The untitled project is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 15, 2025.
As for Chandu Champion, it will hit the big screen on June 14, 2024.
