Lawrence at Chandramukhi 2's audio launch
Raghava Lawrence, who is awaiting the release of Chandramukhi 2, which is releasing on September 15, made a request to his fans a few days ago. He asked them not to depend only on him to contribute to society. He suggested that they could reach out to NGOs near them to do the needful.

Lawrence comes up with a video that inspires fans
He has posted a video from his social media page offering a glimpse into the philanthropic activities he has been indulging in. Lawrence excitedly informed that he has begun reaching out personally to people who need various help in their lives.
He has sought the support of his fans and tweeted, "I have started the work from yesterday and I feel extremely happy that god has chosen me to do this service to my people (sic)." The video features many people who seem to be happy with the presence of their favourite celebrity.
Pinning hopes on Chandramukhi 2
The movie helmed by P Vasu is the sequel to Chandramukhi which was released in 2005. It stars Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu, Radhika Sarathkumar, Mahima Nambiar, Subiksha and Ravi Mariya in pivotal roles. The film's audio launch was held recently and the makers are gearing up to unveil its trailer.
Lawrence was in the news recently when he apologized to college students who were manhandled by bouncers during the audio launch of the project.
