Chandan Shetty’s new year party track with Rachita Ram, Laka Laka Lambargini is out now

The composer-rapper had announced earlier that the song would be released by the end of the year.

Fans of Kannada composer and rapper Chandan Shetty have been eagerly awaiting the release of his latest song, Laka Laka Lambargini, a party track that he was immensely proud and excited about and that he felt was unlike his earlier works. In a video message for his followers, Chandan had said that the video would drop in time for the New Year festivities and he has kept his word.

A little while ago, Chandan released the song, which features him along with Dimple Queen Rachita Ram. The video, directed by filmmaker Nanda Kishore, begins with Chandan being baited to step into a tent and get a glimpse of heaven for a paltry sum of Rs 10. Although sceptical, he pays up and steps in, only to have the time of his life, singing and dancing with a ravishing Rachita. There’s a twist in the end, but you should see the song for that.

Rachita, for whom Laka Laka Lambargini is the first-ever music video, is in her element as usual. The actress not only looks fantastic, but also busts a few moves and appears to be enjoying herself thoroughly. Ahead of the song release, Chandan, who has written, composed and sung the number, had said, “The video has come out really good. Laka Laka Lambargini is a party number that you can dance to and I believe that the music video looks good in part due to the efforts of Rachita, while the credit for the rest goes to choreographer Murali Master and director Nanda Kishore. This is a mass entertaining dance number; I have used mass beats and catchy lyrics that have come out really well.”
