Captain Miller: The much-hyped first look of Dhanush's king-sized action drama to be unveiled on THIS date

Fans of Dhanush have been eagerly waiting for updates on Captain Miller ever since the project was announced. Arun Matheswaran directed the movie which is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. Billed as an action-packed adventure flick, the project stars Priyanka Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, and John Kokken playing key roles.

GV Prakash's music is expected to be one of the highlights of the film, the shooting of which has been happening in Tenkasi for a while. The movie was in the news recently for a few reasons amid fans requesting makers to drop its first look.

John Kokken unveiled a few of his pics from the movie's location, which kept fans elated for a while though they were demanding that makers owe them a huge update. Dhanush himself took to social media yesterday to inform that the first look will be released soon.

Sathya Jyothi Films has now made it official that the much-awaited FL poster of the movie will be out on June 30. They have also attached a poster featuring a unique weapon along with the announcement tweet.

Tipped as the biggest movie in Dhanush's career in terms of budget, the film marks director Arun's third movie after Rocky and Saani Kaayidham which were released in 2021 and 2022 respectively. While the former had a theatrical release that garnered a positive response among a niche audience, the latter dropped on Amazon Prime and impressed many cinephiles.

Captain Miller is said to be hitting screens this year, though an official confirmation is awaited. If that happens, it will be Dhanush's second outing in 2023 after the bilingual Vaathi which was released in February in Tamil and Telugu.
