Captain Miller: The most-anticipated teaser of the Dhanush-starrer is to be released on THIS date

His much-awaited second directorial project is expected to go on floors soon

One of the much-awaited Tamil projects of the year is Arun Matheswaran's Captain Miller which has Dhanush playing the titular role in it. The big-budget movie produced by Sathya Jyothi Films has music composed by GV Prakash Kumar. The likes of Shivaraj Kumar, Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, John Kokken and Nivedhithaa Sathish essay important roles in the film.

The makers had unveiled its first look poster recently. It had Dhanush featuring as a lone warrior in a battlefield wielding a huge gun amid a few dead bodies scattered on ground. The intense poster received unanimous positive response among cinephiles.

Actor John Kokken has been someone who would come up with interesting updates on the movie which completed its shooting recently. He recently revealed to a Malayalam news channel that the movie will remind us of Hollywood projects.

The makers have now announced that the most-anticipated teaser of Captain Miller will be released on July 28, on the occasion of Dhanush's birthday. Most of the cast and crew members of the project expressed excitement on the forthcoming update that is expected to take the internet by storm.

Billed as the biggest film in Dhanush's career, it will be his second outing this year after the bilingual flick Vaathi. He's likely to kick start his sophomore directorial venture soon which will be produced by Sun Pictures. SJ Suyah, Vishnu Vishal and Dushara are said to be playing major roles in the untitled project.

The actor-filmmaker has teamed up with Aanand L Rai for the third time for the romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein. This time, too, the duo has chosen AR Rahman for music.
