Synopsis of Call Me Bae

Call Me Bae is a story by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair about a hustler named Bae. Bae, who was once an heiress becomes a hustler after realising that her street smarts and flair are more valuable than her diamonds. She navigates Mumbai's newsrooms, encountering beauties, behens, and her reformed self, all while maintaining her financial stability.

Call Me Bae marks Ananya's full-fledged OTT series, while she earlier had two films releasing on streaming. The first one is Shakun Batra's Gehraiyaan (2022), which is on Prime Video and stars Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the lead roles. In December 2023, the actor had Kho Gaye Hum Kahan premiere on Netflix, in which she co-starred with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.

Vikramaditya Motwane is the director of an untitled film that Ananya wrapped a while back. The makers have not yet announced the release date for the thriller.
