Byomkesh O Durgo Rohosyo: Rukmini Maitra releases the look of Satyabati

Finally, Satyabati came in public. Rukmini Maitra fulfilled her fans’ wishes and posted a photo as Satyabati on June 9 on social media. She plays the character in the upcoming Byomkesh film directed by Birsa Dasgupta.

A few days back, Dev, who is playing Byomkesh in the film, posted some photos of the shooting of the third schedule of the film, Byomkesh O Durgo Rohosyo. That part's shooting took place in Jharkhand. One photo showed the silhouette of Rukmini as Satyabati. But her face was not clear. Finally, Rukmini released her look.

In the photo, Satyabati has a binocular in her hand, and she is wearing a nose ring. She smilingly looks through the binocular. Rukmini posted the picture and wrote, “We will meet Satyabati soon, in Byomkesh o Durgo Rohosyo. And it's a wrap for #Satyabati.”

Many people expressed their opinions on the status. Actress Monami Ghosh posted a heart emoji in the comment section. On the other hand, some expressed displeasure over her playing Satyabati. One person wrote, “Who knows what trick you are playing on Dev! Dev sees no one other than you. You do not suit Satyabati.” But many people encouraged and praised her. One of them wrote, “I was waiting for Binodini. Satyabati increased my interest.”

The film will be released in August. Ambarish Bhattacharya will play Ajit and Satyam Bhattacharya will play Manilal in the film.
