Tollywood director Anudeep is wielding megaphone for the project

The shooting of Sivakarthikeyan's SK 20 (tentative title) which has Jathi Ratnalu (streaming on Amazon Prime Video) fame Telugu filmmaker Anudeep at its helm had commenced a while ago in Karaikudi. Sathyaraj and Premgi, who are said to be playing crucial characters in the movie, had also joined the shooting along with Siva.
The makers had released a short video of the first day of shooting in which the crew members were seen having fun. The bilingual film, which will be released in Tamil and Telugu, will be shot in Hyderabad, Puducherry and London.
The movie will have Siva playing a tourist guide in it, and will feature two female leads in it. Ukrainian actor Maria Riaboshapka is said to be one of the heroines in it, while the names of a few others are doing the rounds with regard to the other female lead.
What has come as a surprise to fans of Siva and other film lovers is the news doing the rounds that Premgi Amaren will play a negative character in the untitled project. In fact, the speculation is that he is playing the main antagonist in SK 20. Movie buffs are waiting to know if the news is true or not.
Thaman is composing music for the film which has director Venkat Prabhu collaborating as a script consultant for its Tamil version. The movie is being produced by Suresh Productions, Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas and Shanthi Talkies.
Manoj Paramahamsa, who is on a roll with back-to-back big ticket films, is cranking the camera for the film which is said to have Naveen Polishetty, too, essaying a crucial role in it. Naveen played one of the leads in Jathi Ratnalu which went on to become one of the big blockbusters of Tollywood in 2021.
