Buzz is: Alia Bhatt to step into Hollywood?

Alia has kickstarted the shoot of Darlings that also has Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew,

Alia Bhatt is making plans to go international. The Raazi actress has recently signed a contract with an international agency WME (William Morris Agency), which is one of the leading talent agencies handling entertainment, sports, events and fashion.

Alia is currently one of the leading actresses in the country and spreading her wings across multiple languages. The actress is debuting in Telugu cinema with SS Rajamouli’s upcoming multi-starrer film RRR that also has NTR Jr, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn among others.

The actress has also kickstarted the shoot of Darlings that also has Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew in pivotal roles and marks her production debut under her banner Eternal Sunshine Productions. Directed by Jasmeet K Reen, the dark comedy film will revolve around a mother-daughter relationship.

On the first day of shoot, The Gully Boy actress shared a few pictures from the sets of the upcoming flick on Instagram and said in the caption that she will always and forever be an actress first.

Meanwhile, Alia is also going to be the lead actress of Karan Johar’s highly-anticipated film Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani that marks the comeback of the filmmaker after five years. The future film also stars Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.

Alia is also part of Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmāstra that also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Ranbir Kapoor and Mouni Roy.
