After releasing the teaser of Bunty Aur Babli 2, the makers have unveiled the character posters of the film’s cast. The upcoming comedy-drama is the sequel to the 2005 film that has Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan in lead roles. Bunty Aur Babli 2 will see Rani reprising her character from the first instalment with Saif Ali Khan, Ssinnnnn

The latest character images shared by the makers features Saif as a middle-class man holding a heavy gas cylinder, while the actress can be seen measuring his belly. The upcoming film sees the actor essaying the role of Rakesh aka Bunty, who is a railway ticket collector.

The post shared by the official Instagram page of YRF, captions, “The wait is over! Bunty is READY! #BuntyAurBabli2 Trailer out on 25th October! Celebrate #BuntyAurBabli2 with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 19th November ’21 (sic).”

On the other hand, the character poster featuring only Rani shows her in a vibrant blue retro suit with a cap and sunglasses. The production giant shared the image on Instagram and captioned, “Fashion Queen of Fursatgunj is here Watch #BuntyAurBabli2 trailer on 25th October! Celebrate #BuntyAurBabli2 with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 19th November ’21 (sic).”

In a recent statement, the Bhoot Police actor said that Bunty Aur Babli 2 is a game of cat and mouse between two couples, who belong from two different generations. The actor also mentioned that this will spark the rivalry and it’s just hilarious because of the intelligent script.

Bunty Aur Babli 2, which also features Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari in pivotal roles, is set to have a theatrical release on November 19.
