Bunty Aur Babli 2 ‘con-versation’: Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji recall their 17 years of friendship

Rani Mukerji recently invited her Bunty Aur Babli 2 co-star Saif Ali Khan over for tea to have a con-versation! The makers of the upcoming comedy-drama film dropped a quirky and fun video featuring the two having an amusing rendezvous and recalling their 17 years of friendship.

The latest video begins with the actors talking about their journey of shooting Bunty Aur Babli 2 around the pandemic. The actress then asks the actor if he remembers when was the first time they met with each other.

Saif replies, “Before meeting you, I saw you on screen. I saw you in a song from Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat and the song from Ghulam.” The actors then recalled their time together during the shoot of Hum Tum and how awkward and nervous they were during a kissing scene. “It was the worst kiss in the history of cinema,” the Tashan actor adds, while the Baabul actress keeps laughing out loud.

During the candid chat, Saif also revealed that while shooting for Tara Rum Pum, when someone asked him what’s the name of the film he is shooting for he pretended that he doesn’t know the title of the movie because he didn’t like it, He also mentioned that wanted the title of the film to be something cool like Driver, Racer or Dhoom. The duo then talked about their family, children and their crazy fan-encounters as well.

The upcoming heist movie, which has been bankrolled by Yash Raj Films, is directed by Varun V. Sharma. Bunty Aur Babli 2, which also stars Sharvari Wagh and Siddhant Chaturvedi, is set to have a theatrical release on November 19.
