BTS, recognized as the world's most prominent boy band, continues to dominate music charts across the globe. Currently, the group is taking a temporary break to meet their mandatory military service requirements in South Korea. Throughout this period, each member is actively cultivating their solo career, making a significant impact as an individual artist on the global music scene.

While the news of the youngest member, Jungkook, achieving 1 billion streams on Spotify for his song "SEVEN" featuring Latto is making waves, another member from the Maknae line, Kim Taehyung, known as V, has seen a significant surge in his streaming numbers.

V has now become the fourth soloist, and the only Korean or K-pop artist in history, to amass 900 million streams on Spotify in a single year.

Jungkook tops the list, followed by Jimin and SUGA, also known as AgustD. This exclusive list features only these four artists, with no other K-pop idols or Koreans present.

BTS fans, known as ARMY, are celebrating the achievements of the members as soloists and are revelling in the friendly competition between these talented bandmates.

About V:

On September 8, 2023, V's debut studio album, "Layover," was released by Big Hit Music.

V's fans recently noticed that the "Layover" singer not only liked one but two fan-made edits on Instagram, causing excitement among ARMYs. Taehyung, who created his personal Instagram account on December 6, 2021, goes by the username @thv on Instagram and is the most followed member with 61.9 million followers.

This pleasantly surprised ARMYs as the singer's likes on two ARMY edits confirm that he actively observes fan pages on the photo-sharing app and keeps an eye on fan activities on Instagram.
