Bro Daddy: Prithviraj shares a message ahead of release of Mohanlal-led film on Disney+ Hotstar

Directed by Prithviraj, the comedy family entertainer is set to release on January 26

The much-awaited release of Bro Daddy is around the corner, and is set to start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from January 26. Director Prithviraj Sukumaran has now shared a message for the audience.

Taking to social media, the actor turned director has posted a message talking briefly about how he came to helm the family entertainer and thanking everyone who was part of the movie.

In a direct message to the audience and fans, he reminded that the movie will start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from midnight today and that the movie is best viewed with family or a group of friends.

Bro Daddy is one of the most anticipated releases of the year and it brings together Mohanlal and Prithviraj after the highly successful Lucifer. While Prithviraj made a short appearance in Lucifer he will be co-starring Mohanlal in what is only his second directorial.

Written by Sreejith N and Bibin Maliekal, the movie is bankrolled by Antony Perumbavoor through Aashirvad Cinemas. Apart from Mohanlal and Prithviraj, the movie also stars Unni Mukundan, Meena, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Lalu Alex, Kaniha, Jagadish, Soubin Shahir and Mallika Sukumaran in important roles.

The team has been actively promoting the movie by releasing songs and other promotional videos, all of which has been a success with the fans. With its star attractions and light hearted first glimpses, fans are expecting a fun filled family entertainer.

While Prithviraj is gearing up for the release of his directorial, the actor also has other active projects such as Kaduva, Jana Gana Mana and Aadujeevitham in the pipeline. He is also in the pre-production stage of L2: Empuraan which will be the second movie in the Lucifer instalment.
