Pawan Kalyan at Bro's pre-release event

BRO is Pawan Kalyan's latest film which hit the screens on July 28th. The fantasy drama was directed by Samuthirakani, who also helmed the original. Sai Dharam Tej played the main lead in this film which has opened to a decent word of mouth at the box office.

The film also has Ketika Sharma, Priya Prakash Varrier, and Raja in key roles and is about a man who passes away in a road accident and meets the Time God aka Pawan Kalyan. We at OTTplay had already reported that the fantasy drama made Rs 27 crores gross on day one worldwide.

Well, day two has also been decent as the film has made Rs 14 crores share. With this, the total collection of the film has touched the Rs 41 crores share. As it is a Sunday today, July 30, 2023, the occupancy has also been pretty decent. The trade is expecting a Rs 50 crore weekend for the film.

But keeping the massive theatrical rights in mind, BRO needs to make a Rs 90 crore share which looks a bit difficult as of now. Pawan Kalyan played a mature role in the film and his performance has been appreciated a lot. Especially, the fans are having a blast seeing Pawan Kalyan's role in the film.

At the same time, Sai Dharam Tej is being trolled for his dull performance in the film. BRO has been made in just 47 days and had dialogues and a screenplay by Trivikram Srinivas. In the days to come, we need to see how much will the film make.

As there are no other films that have been released this week, BRO is not having much competition at the box office. But the other film, Baby, who came out on July 14, 2023, is going great guns at the box office even in its third week of its release.
