Another grandson of legendary Telugu star NTR is set to make his acting debut after Jr NTR, Kalyan Ram and late Taraka Ratna. Nandamuri Chaitanya Krishna, son of Nandamuri Jaya Krishna, is all set to don the grease paint with a medical thriller titled Breathe. Vamsi Krishna Akella, who earlier directed The Trip and Raksha, helms the film. Nandamuri Jaya Krishna is producing the thriller.

Breathe, made under Basavatarakarama Creations, revolves around a medical scam and has an apt caption - Vaidyo Narayano Hari. The trailer of the film was released a week ago and made an impression on cine enthusiasts. The makers of the thriller confirmed its release date today. Nandamuri Chaitanya Krishna’s launch vehicle will grace theatres worldwide on December 2.

The thriller is scheduled to hit theatres in the same weekend as Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal and Meghna Gulazar-directed Sam Bahadur. While Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, will release across multiple languages - Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil, the latter will only arrive in Hindi globally. Hence, it’s an ideal choice from team Breathe to settle for a date after these films.

Vaidika Senjaliya plays the female lead in Breathe whose cast also comprises Vennela Kishore, Keshav Deepak, Bhadram, Shaking Seshu and Jabardasth Apparao. The trailer hints that the protagonist is a doctor by profession, but acts like a patient while dealing with a scam involving influential names in the city. How far will he fight for justice and win over wrongdoers? One needs to wait till December 2 to know more.
