This week, the original Kannada titles that hit OTT include Bigg Boss Kannada Season 9 winner Roopesh Shetty’s Mankubhai Foxy Rani. The film, which also stars Geetha Bharathi Bhat, is available on Amazon Prime Video. This week, the OTT partner of Ondu Sarala Prema Kathe was announced, but there’s no premier date yet. In the absence of any major Kannada original film this week, the next best option for audiences are the titles that have dropped with Kannada audio. Here are your picks for the week.

Bramayugam

Director Rahul Sadasivan’s film is a survival thriller that revolves around 3 main characters, Thevan, played by Arjun Asokan, Kodumon Potti (Mammootty) and Potti’s unnamed cook, played by Siddarth Bharathan. A critically-acclaimed box office hit, Bramayugam follows Thevan, who seeks shelter in Potti’s home, only to realize that all is not what it seems in the strange house. Thevan’s attempts to escape this place forms the crux of the narrative.

Thundu

Biju Menon leads an ensemble cast including Shine Tom Chacko, Gokulan, Nitin Thomas, Unnimaya Prasad, Shaju Sreedhar, Johny Antony and Vineeth Thattil David, about a cop who uses devious method to pass a test for a promotion. Directed by Riyas Shereef, the film hit theatres on February 16 and has made its way to OTT within a month.

Save The Tigers (Season 2)

Out on bail after kidnapping a popular actress while drunk and out of their minds, Ghanta Ravi (Priyadarshi), Rahul (Abhinav Gomatam) and Vikram (Krishna Chaitanya), are now at the mercy of a therapist, who suggests ways to mend their relationships with their respective wives. Whether or not the trio finally sees the folly in their ways and work on taking responsibility for their actions forms the crux of Season 2.
