In the recent past, Brahmastra has been one of the films that has witnessed an indefinite delay. The film began its shoot in 2018 but hasn't been wrapped up yet. But finally, it seems the team is gearing up for the completion of the shoot. The shoot for the last schedule will be done in November.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor reportedly will be joining the sets of one of the most anticipated films next month and wrapping up the film. The team is yet to complete the shoot of a major portion and a song for the film. The shoot of these portions could not be completed earlier due to the pandemic and no-crowd protocol. Now that the lockdown restrictions have eased, the makers will finish the last leg of the shoot and wrap it up soon.
The superhero flick will feature some important characters from Hindu mythology in its story. It is said to be the first instalment in a planned trilogy and has been shot in Bulgaria, Scotland, London and New York.
The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia and Nagarjuna Akkineni. The film is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar. The music is scored by Pritam and Prasad Sashte, who has earlier worked on films like Chhichhore, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Kalank.
