Bloody Mary trailer: Nivetha Pethuraj, Kireeti in a thriller about karma, redemption and dark corners in humans

Actress Nivetha Pethuraj is getting ready for her Telugu digital debut, Bloody Mary, on aha this weekend. A crime thriller, Bloody Mary is directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the well-known filmmaker behind projects like Premam, Karthikeya and Sabyasachi in the past. Kireeti Damaraju, Rajkumar Kasireddy, Brahmaji and Ajay play crucial roles in the film as well that releases on April 15. Bloody Mary is bankrolled by TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory, who also backed the web show Kudi Yedamaithe earlier.

The first looks of various characters in the film were launched over the last week. The trailer of the web film was unveiled by actor Nikhil Siddhartha in the presence of its cast, crew and media on Sunday. In the trailer, Ajay starts with a voiceover where he says a person reveals his/her true colours as per his/her need, while referring to a shot of a young girl and a group of goons running away from a crime scene.

Showcasing several glimpses of the characters in Bloody Mary, the action segments and the chases, Nivetha Pethuraj adds that destiny has immense memory power, never forgetting any incident in a human's life and giving it back to them in the form of karma. The intense background score of Kaala Bhairava contributes to the slick, intriguing impact created the trailer. Bloody Mary also marks Chandoo Mondeti's directorial debut in the OTT space.

As per the makers, Nivetha, in the film, is cast as a determined woman who wishes to put her disability behind and face situations boldly in her life, going to any length to protect her loved ones. Bloddy Mary's technical team also includes cinematographer Karthik Gattamneni. aha's recent release during the previous weekend was the Raj Tarun, Varsha Bollamma starrer Stand Up Rahul.
