Since the beginning of their world tour in October, the group has generated a lot of buzz, however, the Australian BLINKs were surprised when Jennie unexpectedly left the stage with security. The incident took place during the group's performance of their smash song "Lovesick Girls."

Fans started yelling out her name and showing their support for their idol after the unexpected event, which sparked an outpouring of love and worry.

Following Jennie’s exit, Rosé address the concerning situation and said, "It seems that we will be proceeding with the rest of the show without Jennie. However, we will try our best to fill the stage up for you guys, so don’t worry about that".

She added, "We’re so sad we can’t have her with us today because she was so excited to be in Melbourne. And I’m sure she’s feeling really really upset backstage. But all our hearts go to her so that she feels better quickly. But most of all we’re just really really sad that we can’t enjoy this moment with her".

The specifics of Jennie's health issue were not made public, but her sudden exit sparked a social media frenzy. Fans from all around the world sent well wishes to the BLACKPINK member using the hashtag "#JENNIEYOUARELOVED".

Jennie is also part of the HBO series 'The Idol' featuring The Weekend a.k.a. Abel Tesfaye and Johnny Depp's daughter Lily-Rose Depp. However, Jennie's inclusion in the show has been the buzz of the town.

The series, which received criticism for its excessive sensationalism, misogynistic depictions, and male-oriented sexual fantasies, saw the K-pop idol facing the most brunt than that of 'The Weekend' and Lily-Rose Depp.
