Birthday boy Ram Charan’s on KGF duty today; to launch KGF-Chapter 2 Telugu trailer

The Telugu version will be available to stream on the official Hombale Films YouTube page at 6.40 pm.

Later today, the much-awaited trailer of KGF: Chapter 2 will be launched in all five languages – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi – at a star-studded event in Bengaluru hosted by popular Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar. To ensure that fans also partake in the excitement of the launch, Hombale Films, the makers of the KGF saga, are enlisting a host of stars to release the trailers in each language.

The Telugu version, as it turns out, is going to be launched in the digital space by Ram Charan, who is not only basking in the success of his release this week, RRR, but is also celebrating his birthday today. Taking to social media, the official handle of Hombale Films read, “We are Elated to have the Mega Powerstar @AlwaysRamCharan to launch our #KGFChapter2 Telugu trailer on his birthday. 🤩”

While a select section will have the privilege of attending the launch event and seeing the trailers on a big screen today in the presence of the cast, including Yash, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon, as well as director Prashant Neel, music composer Ravi Basrur and cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda, among others, fans who have been ardently waiting for this glimpse from the film get to see the south versions on Hombale Films’ YouTube channel, while the Hindi version will be on the Excel Entertainment page.

KGF: Chapter 2, which is releasing worldwide in theatres on April 2, is being presented in North-Indian markets by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment and AA Films.
