Biju Maani’s Chuzhal drops on Neestream today

Paranormal thriller Chuzhal set for release today on Neestream,

Chuzhal, starring Jaffer Idukki and RJ Nilja, is a paranormal thriller directed by Biju Maani who marks his debut as a feature filmmaker. The film is produced by Nisha Maheshwaran under the banner of Nakshatra Pictures. The supporting roles feature Abin Mary, Sanju Prabhakaran, Gazal Ahamed and Sreenath.

The movie which drops on Neestream revolves around five people who are on their way to a secluded resort in a hill station. They are so excited for their trip, but amid their route, they find the presence of something unusual, more like a paranormal entity that starts creating death traps for them.

The movie was shot in and around Vagamon and Kuttikanam, very loved tourist destinations in Kerala.

Although this is Biju Maani's first feature film, he has directed two critically acclaimed shorts, Adyathe Maravi (2019) and BevQ (2019). Adyathe Maravi is available on YouTube, Disney+ Hotstar and Amazon Prime Video.

Whereas the streaming platform Neestream shot to fame when they streamed The Great Indian Kitchen earlier this year. The movie was earlier rejected by many streaming platforms and it was brought by Neestream to the masses before Amazon Prime Video also bought the rights.
