The wait is finally over as Jio Cinema announces the contestants of Bigg Boss OTT season 2.

The excitement for the upcoming show Bigg Boss OTT season 2 is super high since the announcement of the new season. The show is well-known for its controversies, and the makers are all set to provide just the perfect amount of entertainment for the audience.

Bigg Boss OTT season 2 has also sparked greater interest among viewers because of the presence of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as the host. Season 2's official announcement video, which debuted on June 8, has gone viral and ignited intense rumours regarding the probable contestants who will be taking part this season. But now the wait is over as Jio Cinema has finally made the decision to put an end to the uproar by releasing the list of official contestants of the show.

Exciting new elements and twists are promised for this season too.

1. Aaliya Siddiqui:

Aaliya, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's estranged wife, is prepared to enter Bigg Boss OTT 2. She'll be well known by everyone when she enters the house.

2. Manisha Rani:

Popular social media influencer Manisha Rani is from Bihar. She will emphasise her Bihari swag and the intelligence she has cultivated from her roots on the show. She is one of the official contestants of the show.

3. Jiya Shankar:

Jiya Shankar is an actress best known for playing Susheela Ruhail Solanki in Kaatelal & Sons and Dr. Iravati "Ira" Pandey in Meri Hanikarak Biwi. She recently made her feature film debut in Riteish Deshmukh's romantic film Ved. She also appeared alongside Harsh Rajput in the television show Pisachini.

4. Abhishek Malhan:

Popular YouTuber Abhishek is renowned for creating engaging content on social media. He is also referred to as Mr. Beast of India. It will be interesting to watch him on the show.

5. Puneet Superstar:

The social media influencer Lord Puneet, also known as Puneet Superstar, shot to fame with a video showing him talking loudly while riding pillion on a motorbike. He will now make his debut on a reality television show.

6. Falaq Naaz:

For her parts in Radhakrishna, Sasural Simar Ka, and other films, Falaq is well-known. When her brother Sheezan Khan was taken into custody, she was in the news. She was fervently pursuing his justice. She will now stand up for herself on the show.

7. Avinash Sachdev:

Avinash Sachdev is a well-known television actor best known for his roles in Television dramas like Chotti Bahu, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, Balika Vadhu Lamhe Pyaar Ke, Qubool Hai 4, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and Khwaish. He also collaborated with Farhan Akhtar on his movie Rock On!

8. Palak Purswani:

With the reality show Splitsvilla 7, Palak Purswani launched her career in the showbiz. She also made appearances in well-known shows like Meri Hanikarak Biwi and Badi Devrani. She was formerly engaged to Avinash Sachdev, however the two decided to call it off in 2020. It would be interesting to watch both of them on the show now.

9. Akansha Puri:

Akanksha Puri: It's interesting to note that Akanksha only recently denied claims that she will be competing on Bigg Boss OTT 2, yet the list of contestants show that she will very much be the part of the show. Her previous connection with Bigg Boss 13 participant Paras Chhabra will attract a lot of attention.

Salman Khan hosted show, Bigg Boss OTT 2, will begin streaming on OTT platforms on June 17, 2023. The best part is that fans can watch the show on Jio Cinema and Voot Select at any time.
