Manisha asks Falaq if she's in love with Avinash. Falaq says she will open up about it if there's something. Manisha then says she will flirt with Avinash, since the two are not together. Manisha jokes that she got a current when giving Avinash a hug. Falaq discusses the same with Bebika while Manisha does with Abhishek. Elvish and Aashika. While Manisha and group joke about the situation, Bebika tells Falaq that Manisha has no other angle other than flirting with men.

Soon, Elvish and Falaq get into an argument. Falaq even tells Abhishek that he doesn't explain Elvish. After getting a stare from Abhishek, she shuts up.

It is now Elvish vs Falaq, Jiya and Avinash. Avinash calls Elvish hawa ka jhonkha and walks away. Avinash goes back to Elvish and Falaq tries to stop him but to no avail. Avinash then says, "Iska system hila daala toh life jhingalala."

Bebika gets excited to know about Elvish's new side. In the middle of that, Elvish and Falaq also have a showdown. Bebika asks Elvish to not get aggressive and gets called out by Falaq for calling herself feminist and letting Elvish misbehave.

Elvish promises to make Falaq cry and says he's heartless for the group. When Manisha tries to explain Elvish's behaviour to Falaq, she gets it back from Falaq, Jiya and Bebika. Elvish says the group deserves much more than what he gave them. Abhishek discusses the matter with Falaq, who now knows that the matter is between her and Elvish. Manisha and Elvish try to convince Abhishek. The latter tells Elvish that he has spoken to him till the extent he could. /Abhishek felt that Manisha was sarcastic with him and she apologizes to him but Abhishek says he will fly solo.

Jiya goes next and calls Manisha first, followed by Bebika, Falaq and Elvish. Jiya, as expected, picks Elvish as the patient. Avinash picks Manisha, Aashika, Bebika and Jad. Aashika and Abhishek tell Avinash that only sleeping is not the audience perspective. Soon after, Avinash picks Aashika as his patient. Getting a water bath from the contestants, she then promises to never sleep. Soon after, Avinash and Aashika go head-to-head. This is since her towel gets locked in a room.

Day 30 in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house begins with the contestants waking up to Thumkeshwari from Varun Dhawan's film Bhediya. Jiya Shankar asks Elvish Yadav to peel garlic and praise her while doing so.

Falaq Naaz tells Aashika that she knows about her and facing things strongly outside and questions why can't she handle things in the house and broke down.

Aashika talks about her breakdown to Manisha and the afterevents of Pooja Bhatt scolding the contestants. Pooja then talks to Avinash Sachdev and says that she would prefer to win at life than win the show. She is still upset with how people reacted to Aashika's breakdown.

Abhishek Malhan questions Falaq about the incident and Avinash tries to give Pooja his perspective. Elvish takes Jiya's case soon. Elvish then calls Falaq that Avinash is possessive about her and she refuses that.

Jiya accuses Manisha of eating on her bed and soiling it. She calls Manisha to clean up after her. This leads to an argument between the two. As Aashika joins them, Abhishek and Bebika Dhurve root for the fight. Meanwhile, Elvish jokes Abhishek is trying to become a bigger YouTuber. Bebika calls out Abhishek claiming he also has an involvement in the fight.

Falaq clears to Avinash that she isn't in the dating zone and wants to settle in the 3-4 years. Falaq tells Avinash that she might ghost him outside the house, irking him. Falaq leaves Avinash and Jiya alone when they get confused with her confusing words. Jiya asks Avinash to stop whatever he and Falaq had and he agrees.

Bigg Boss introduces a health camp. The task is about picking who is dishaheen (directionless). Abhishek is the eye doctor. Jiya is oral expert. Avinash is a physiotherapist.

Abhishek picks Falaq, while Manisha hears Jad Hadid's heartbeat through stethoscope. Abhishek calls Bebika, Elvish and Aashika next. Abhishek picks between Elivsh among Bebika and Elvish.
