Bigg Boss OTT 2 Day 2 Highlights: Jiya Shankar expresses her feelings of being torn between Avinash Sachdev and Palak Purswani's past

The contest can now officially begin! A nomination has been made for the first time in Bigg Boss OTT 2. The competitors were given the task of combining their own BB cash with that of the house to create house money that could be used for nominations. Because of this, Bebika Dhurve, Jiya Shankar, Palak Purswani, and Avinash Sachdev have been put up for nomination, and as a consequence, the dynamics of their friendships and relationships within the house have shifted as direct result.

The installation of a BB vending machine came next, which sparked a fierce conflict between the housemates' needs and their wants as they found themselves in a constant struggle to obtain their ration. The catch was that in order to purchase their personal food supplies, they had to use the common BB currency. This made the task significantly more difficult than it initially appeared because individual demands competed with the overall welfare of the house.

That's not the end of it! It appeared that Jad, Akanksha, and Manisha Rani were becoming closer to one another in their love triangle, which led the audience to speculate about Jad's feelings towards the other two ladies. Particularly noticeable was the fact that Manisha went to great lengths to attract Jad's attention by putting her best foot forward in terms of her appearance and putting on a show of her endearing personality whenever she was in his presence. She went so far as to request that Jad Hadid pick one of them, either her or Akanksha Puri.

Jiya and Palak's chat was very emotional, and it opened up some old wounds for both of them. Jiya's words, in which she conveyed her thoughts of being split between Palak and Avinash's past, were the final straw that broke the bond between Palak and Avinash. During their chats, Palak talked about the mental upheaval that she had been going through and noted the dominant nature of Jiya. It was a challenging choice, but she ultimately decided to cut off their friendship.

Bebika's casual remark caused Palak to cry as she questioned whether or not she had taken opportunities away from other people on her path to success. However, during her time in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house, she became closer to Abhishek Malhan as they engaged in adorable banter and displayed the lighthearted bond that they shared.
