Unlike last year where it was hosted by Karan Johar, this year, it is the one and only Salman Khan who will be hosting the show. From the looks of it, it seems that this season is going to be extremely entertaining, thanks to the kind of contestants who will be ‘leading’ the show. The icing on the cake is definitely Salman Khan who will be hosting the OTT format of ‘Bigg Boss 2’ this year as well. FIVE Bollywood celebs to participate in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 show?
While the show’s makers have confirmed the presence of Sunny Leone in the show it now seems that the show will see the presence of not one but as many as five Bollywood celebs! The names of these celebs have been not revealed so far. Readers may note that, there was also a certain buzz about the former porn star Mia Khalifa being approached to be a part of ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’.

Controversial contestants to watch out for:
Avinash Sachdev
Professionally, Avinash got immense popularity as an actor with the TV show ‘Choti Bahu’. On a personal level, after having dated Rubina Dilaik, Avinash Sachdev and Rubina called it quits later. Ironically, Rubina went onto win Bigg Boss 14! Post that, Avinash got married to Shalmalee Desai, who was his co-star of ‘Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon - Ek Baar Phir’. In a couple of years, the couple got divorced. After that, Avinash Sachdev and Palak Purswani started dating and eventually became one of TV land’s favourite couples. But, after four years of being together, the couple called it quits. And guess what! Avinash Sachdev will be under the same roof as his ex… Palak Purswani! It will be really interesting to the ex-couples face each other and more importantly, when they are pitted in a task against each other!

Palak Purswani
Known for speaking her mind and heart out, Palak Pursvani is definitely a no-nonsense lady. Thanks to the previous seasons of the show, one won’t be surprised to see the makers device such a task wherein the ex-lovers are pitted against each other or maybe attack on the other person’s trigger point. And since Palak Purswani and Avinash Sachdev were in a relationship for four long years, it is definitely a given that they may be filly aware of each other’s trigger points. What needs to be seen is that, will these two be ‘trigger-happy’ when pitted against each other?

Aaliya Siddiqui
She has been in the news of late because of her strained relationship with her husband Nawazuddin Siddiqui. For the unversed, after Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s mother filed a FIR (First Information Report) against Aaliya Siddiqui. Following which, she was called to the police station by the cops. What happned after that was that, Aaliya's lawyer made some really shocking allegations against Nawazuddin's family allegedly torturing her and also depriving her of food, bed and access to washroom. After that, Nawazuddin’s lawyer claimed that since Aaliya was still married to her former husband, that’s why her marriage to Nawaz was not valid. She had then taken to social media and posted a video which she had (in Hindi) captioned as, "A great actor, who tries to be a great human being. A heartless mother who calls my innocent child illegitimate and this man remains quiet. A rape complaint (with proof) was filed at Versova police station yesterday. Come what may, I won’t let my innocent kids go into these heartless hands."

At a recently held media meeting of ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’, Salman Khan told the media, "Main OTT pe bhi kuch aisa nahin hone dunga jo culture ke khilaaf hai (I won't let anyone do something that is against our culture) .... I think guidelines have also been implemented on OTT which led to the content's improvement”.
