Bigg Boss Kannada is one of the most popular reality shows on television and this year marks its milestone 10th year. Unlike 2022, when the show had an OTT-only mini season for six weeks, this time around, Bigg Boss Kannada will only have a television season. To be telecast on Colors Kannada from October 8, the show will also be available to stream for free. The grand premiere will be on October 8 at 6 pm, with daily episodes slated for 9.30 pm.

Since it is a milestone edition, the showrunners have been promising that this season will be about 100-days of festive joy. There is no official word on the possible contestants yet, although it has been said that one of the dogs that played Charlie in 777Charlie will be in the house. Sources say that the showrunners will not repeat last year’s praveenaru vs naveenaru format, and that the contestants this time will be a bunch of fresh faces. Bigg Boss Kannada Season 9 reportedly had the lowest TRP since the show began, which has been attributed to the format that favoured former participants. Most of the newbies were voted out very early on.

Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10: Mark your calendars, 100 days of ‘happy habba’ starts soon

As of last week some of the names that were making the rounds on social media as potential Season 10 contestants were actresses Megha Shetty, Rekha, Asha Bhatt and Namrata Gowda, actor Suneel Raoh, singer Ishani, YouTuber Nikhil as well Instagram reel fame Bhumika Basavaraj. Off late, television actor Gowrav Shetty, as well as former cricket Vinay Kumar’s names are also being heard for a stint on the show. There will be 16 contestants in all on this season of the show.
