Bigg Boss 7 Telugu winner Prashanth

Pallavi Prashanth won the seventh season of Bigg Boss Telugu but made headlines right after for the wrong reasons. His fans came in huge numbers, destroyed public property, and even caused damage to the vehicles of the other housemates after the grand finale.

We at OTTplay have already reported that the cops in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, filed a non-bailable case against Prashanth and a few others. For a day or so, there was no sight of Prashanth as he was absconding from the cops. Finally, the cops came to know that Prashanth was in his home in Gadvel.

Earlier today, they arrested him from his residence in Gadvel. As per the update, Prashanth was taken to Hyderabad yesterday night and was presented before the court of law. Today, the Nampally police have sent Prashanth and his brother to 14 days of remand and the Bigg Boss 7 winner is now lodged at the Chanchalguda jail in Hyderabad.

This news has shocked one and all, with the common perception being that a winner has been sent to jail for no fault of his. Even after the cops requested him to leave the premises of the Annapurna Studios, Prashanth allegedly ignored them and continued with his rally, leading to traffic jams, and damage to public property.

The investigation is on and we will know what kind of sentence Prashanth receives in the days to come. Bigg Boss is the most-watched show on Telugu television and this season was the best as there were so many fights, controversies, and racial discrimination.
