90s actress Shilpa Shirodkar surprised everyone with her participation in Bigg Boss 18. She came back into the limelight after many years for the Salman Khan-hosted reality show. Shilpa has emerged as a strong personality on Bigg Boss 18. However, the actress has shown her vulnerable side as well. She has had emotional breakdowns on the reality show. And the latest promo of Bigg Boss 18 also features Shilpa getting teary-eyed.
Shilpa Shirodkar breaks down on Bigg Boss 18
Colors TV shared a promo of Bigg Boss 18 featuring Shilpa Shirodkar. The BB 18 contestant got a chance to time travel (as per the show's theme) to the Bigg Boss 18 house and meet her old self. The actress' younger version (AI-generated) tells Bigg Boss to not relate her to present-day Shilpa.
Shirodkar's younger version tells her that she has her voice and opinions. She further Shilpa that if she doesn't have all of it, then she isn't Shilpa Shirodka. The Bigg Boss 18 contestant got teary-eyed on getting a reality check. She further thanked Bigg Boss for showing her a mirror and promised to perform well for her daughter.
The actress has been married to her husband Arpesh Ranjit for over 20 years now. Shilpa and Apresh are blessed with a lovely daughter, Anoushka Ranjit.
Shilpa Shirodkar shares family reaction
Earlier, in an interview with ETimes TV, Shilpa Shirodkar revealed how her sister Namrata Shirodkar and brother-in-law Mahesh Babu reacted to her Bigg Boss 18 participation. "(Namrata and Mahesh) are very happy for me. They are very proud of me and they just know that whatever I do, I'll do it myself. I know I'm going to make them very proud. As a family, we are a very close-knit family. They are very supportive of me," she said.
