Bigg Boss 18: Nia Sharma rumoured to be the first contestant of Salman Khan-hosted reality show

After being reportedly approached for Bigg Boss several times in the previous seasons, Nia Sharma is finally entering Salman Khan’s show.

One of the most controversial shows on Television has to be Bigg Bogg. After 17 successful seasons, the Salman Khan-hosted show is gearing up for its 18th season. Fans who are eagerly waiting for the update on the show, we have recently got to know that actress Nia Sharma, who is currently busy with the show, 'Laughter Chefs' is set to participate in the reality show.

It is to be noted that Nia Sharma was reportedly approached for Bigg Boss several times in the previous seasons but things never worked out. India Today now revealed that the actress has been confirmed as one of the first contestants on the much-awaited reality show. The source told the portal, "Nia was finally ready to get herself locked inside the house and signed the dotted lines a couple of days ago. Along with her, the team is also quite excited about having her on board," the source said.

Contestants that are likely to be a part of Bigg Boss 18

Besides Nia, the makers of Bigg Boss 18 have reportedly approached popular names like Arjun Bijlani, Zaan Khan, Meera Deosthale, Kanika Mann, Surbhi Jyoti, Shaheer Sheikh, Deepika Arya, Sameera Reddy, Somy Ali, Anjali Anand, Sunil Kumar, and Mansi Srivastava for the show. If reports are to be believed, former contestants including Munawar Faruqui, Elvish Yadav, and Manisha Rani are also approached to join the show as the seniors.

On the work front, Nia Sharma is currently busy with the reality show, Laughter Chefs. The show also features Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Karan Kundra, Arjun Bijlani, Sudesh Lehri, Reem Sheikh, and Jannat Zubair, Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah as contestants. Hosted by Bharti Singh, the show is judged by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi.
