Just a few days back, the grand finale of Bigg Boss 17 just concluded. The top 5 finalists were actress Ankita Lokhande, stand up performer Munawar Faruqui, actor Abhishek Kumar, actress Mannara Chopra and the ‘Hyderabadi potta’ Arun Mashettey. Even though there had been many ups and downs in the life of the participants while they were inside the Bigg Boss 17 house, but, the one who had to face an extremely shocking situation was none other than Arun Mashettey.

For those who have not seen the said episode, let us tell you that, as a part of the Family Week, the relatives were allowed to meet their respective contestants. And when Arun’s wife Malak met Arun, both were extremely happy to see each other after so many days. Finding the right time, Malak told him that she had suffered a miscarriage.

Arun on how he dealt with the shocking news

But, before telling him that, she took a promise from him that he will keep his calm after he hears the news. After Malak told him the sad news, both Arun and his wife cried uncontrollably. In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Arun revealed what he passed through after he heard the news about his unborn baby. He said that, when his wife informed him about the bad news, he was shattered and was asking God how much he will have to suffer and that, somewhere, he was just about to quit (Bigg Boss 17).

He revealed that it was his wife and her faith and belief in him that saw him through for so many days while he was in the Bigg Boss 17 house. He also revealed that, whilst his tenure in the Bigg Boss house, he used to chant 'Om Namah Shivaay' and that his wife’s words became his strength during times of loneliness.
