We know that Munawar Faruqui distanced himself from his close friend Mannara Chopra soon after the entry of his ex-girlfriend Ayesha Khan on Bigg Boss Season 17. Witnessing Munawar’s unexpected ignorance, Mannara did feel very sad and disturbed. Keeping in view of this development, Vicky Jain openly said to Munawar Faruqui that Mannara Chopra was his only genuine friend in Bigg Boss Season 17.

During a conversation on the show, Vicky tried explaining to Munawar why Mannara is a genuine person. Vicky said to him, “Mannara is an interesting character. She has a non-stop flow of energy. She can talk continuously for a long time.”

Munawar replied, “But, Mannara and I had a lot of misunderstandings. She eventually misunderstood me on numerous occasions.”

Vicky said, “Kabhi misunderstood nahi rehti hai woh. (She is never misunderstood.) Your personal life got hampered after the entry of Ayesha Khan. But she (Mannara) was at the right place.”

Munawar said, “I still wonder why people have expectations from me and Mannara. We were just friends.”

Vicky said, “After knowing Mannara, I seriously feel you have lost a friend.”

Munawar said, “I knew there would come a time when I would have to choose between Mannara and my progress in the game. I chose the latter.”

Vicky said, “This decision from you was totally unexpected. For about 70 days, you worked hard to build a friendship with her (Mannara) on the show and suddenly you left her company for no reason. I understand Ayesha came as a wildcard entry on the show, but that does not justify your ignorance towards Mannara.”

Vicky was not convinced with his answer and chose to walk away from the talk.
