Bollywood’s iconic star Dharmendra will be gracing the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode on Bigg Boss Season 17. Hosted by Salman Khan, the New Year 2024 special episode would also feature celebrity guests namely Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan, and Krushna Abhishek. Not only this, but actor Bobby Deol would also be gracing the episode virtually. Clearly, Bigg Boss Season 17 creatives have planned to celebrate New Year in full swing.

Bobby Deol has a special message for Dharmendra

Recognized as Bollywood's action hero, Dharmendra stepped into the world of cinema with his debut in the film Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere in 1960. With 2023 nearing its end, Dharmendra has completed 63 years in Bollywood. Appreciating his journey in the film industry, Dharmendra’s son Bobby Deol dropped a special message for him on the sets of Bigg Boss 17.

Bobby Deol said, “Hey, papa! Congratulations on completing 63 years in the film industry. I feel incredible to know this. You still continue to work with passion in films. There is no one like you. You have a strong personality. You have contributed so many films to the industry. I love you. I am blessed to be your son. There is no other legend like you. Take care!”

Hearing this, Dharmendra felt teary-eyed. Salman Khan and his brothers Arbaaz and Sohail were present to calm him down. Dharmendra is currently 88 years old.

The New Year's celebration in Bigg Boss Season 17 will be highlighted by a special episode featuring Dharmendra, Mika Singh, Salman Khan, and his brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan. A promo shared on social media captures Dharmendra trying out the iconic Jamal Kudu dance step from Bobby Deol's superhit film, 'Animal'.
