Ankita Lokhande and Munawar Faruqui shared an emotional memory of Sushant Singh Rajput's passing in a recent episode.

Bigg Boss 17 contestant actress Ankita Lokhande struck a chord with viewers once again by candidly sharing her emotional journey after Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. She and fellow contestant Munawar Faruqui shared an emotional memory of the actor's passing in a recent episode, leaving audiences moved by her vulnerability.

The actress broke down in tears as she recalled SSR's passing in the most recent episode while talking to Munawar Faruqui. In June 2020, Sushant's body was found in his Mumbai flat.

Ankita recalled seeing a picture shortly after Sushant passed away, which she described as both heartbreaking and numbing. “When I saw him, I felt everything was over. So many films he watched, and everything was over. There was this one picture of him which was very bad,” she remarked, as Pinkvilla reported.

The actress said that the picture appeared as if he was sleeping. She couldn't stop staring at that photo, thinking about how much he had in his brain. "He must have had so much in his brain but all was vanished. You are nothing, you’re just a body then,” the actress added.

Ankita also revealed to Munawar the cause of Sushant Singh Rajput's demise, saying, "Tut gaya voh kisi chiz se. Nahi hona chahiye tha." (He was broken because of something. This wasn't supposed to happen). Ankita stated, "I don't know," when the stand-up comedian inquired if it happened by "a lot of things."

During their conversation, Ankita disclosed that she had blocked a significant number of users on social media after Sushant's passing. The actress explained the same, saying, “But maine na bohot logo ko uss time pe block kiya. Kyuki meko itna ganda bola jaata tha, mei nahi le sakti thi. Maine block kar diya. (However, I blocked a lot of people at the time because I couldn't handle the horrible things that were being stated to me.)
