Bigg Boss 17 - Abhishek Kumar slaps Samarth Jurel during a fight; later denied performing captaincy task

In an unexpected turn of events, Abhishek Kumar slapped Samarth Jurel during a fight after which the former was denied performing the captaincy task.

Over the last few days, Abhishek Kumar and his ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya have been at loggerheads with each other. Both have accused each other on numerous charges including not being in control of their violent behaviour. While tensions between the two continue to brew, the latest development suggests that Isha is in love with Samarth Jurel. All these people, for the unfamiliar, are present in Bigg Boss Season 17.

In the upcoming episode of the show, it is believed that Abhishek Kumar allegedly slapped Samarth Jurel during a fight following which the former was eliminated from the captaincy task. Abhishek accused Samarth of provoking him and speaking ill about his family members on national television. Samarth, however, denied such claims. Isha Malviya, as expected, stood in support of Samarth.

Other housemates present on the show had diverse opinions on the matter. Slapping or attacking someone physically is not allowed on the show, as per the rulebook of the makers. This incident has sparked multiple reactions on the internet.

Famous actor Riteish Deshmukh voiced in favour of Abhishek Kumar and said on microblogging site X, “Heart goes out to Abhishek #BiggBoss17”

One more X user commented, “Not Samarth, but Isha provoked Abhishek to get violent on the show.”

“Samarth, Isha, and Abhishek should be out of Bigg Boss 17 soon,” desired another X user.
