Bigg Boss 17 - 'Aap nahi chahti inki shaadi tike?,' Rashami Desai slams Vicky Jain's mom; supports Ankita Lokhande

Rashami Desai has come out in support of her friend Ankita Lokhande. She slammed Ankita's mother-in-law (Vicky Jain's mom) for speaking against the actress.

Bigg Boss 17's family week hasn't been great for Ankita Lokhande. Although she reunited with her mother, the actress got an earful from her mother-in-law (Vicky Jain's mom). After visiting the BB 17 house, Vicky's mom spoke against her daughter-in-law in several media interviews. Now, the actress' friend and actress Rashami Desai has taken a stand for her. The actress slammed Vicky's mom after watching an interview wherein she spoke ill about Ankita.

Rashami Desai takes a stand for Ankita Lokhande

Rashami Desai took to her Instagram stories and penned a long note in favour of her friend Ankita, who is currently in the BB 17 house. The TV actress stated that Ankita never wanted to do this reality show. However, the actress did Bigg Boss 17 for her love for Vicky.

She further slammed Ankita's mom-in-law by saying, "And Kharche palna padta hai ka kya Matlab hua aunty???? They both had a love marriage and usse pehle bhi wo road par nahi thi." Desai suggested that Ankita is a big name even though BB roots for Vicky.

The actress went on to question Lokhande's mother-in-law by writing, "Par aap nahi chahti inki shadi tike?? Har Pati-patni main jhagde hote hai." On a concluding note, Rashami said that she respects her friend's mom-in-law and will continue to do so. However, she did feel Vicky's mom was wrong in passing such remarks.

Vicky Jain's mother upset with Ankita Lokhande

Meanwhile, during her one-day stint on Bigg Boss 17, Vicky's mother seemed upset with Ankita for misbehaving with her son. She questioned the actress by saying, "Ek missal thi tum log ki shaadi. Kya hua? Sab ulta." This statement left Ankita worried. Later when the actress' mom entered the house, Ankita spoke to her and wondered why she was being questioned by her family members.
