Bigg Boss 16 promo: Shalin and Tina get on the bad side of New Captain Stan

The previous episode saw Sreejita and Stan be crowned as the new captains of the house.

Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta have earned themselves a place as one of the most tight knit units inside the house, although the couple have found themselves having their fair share of fights with each other. One of the biggest reasons for the duo’s disagreements seems to be Tina’s complaint that Shalin rarely stands up for her when she is in trouble. Well it seems that Shalin has finally taken Tina’s words to heart.

A new promo for Tuesday’s episode of Bigg Boss shows Tina and Shalin going to war with the new captain, MC Stan. As the eviction nomination task is underway, Stan is heard choosing Tina for eviction. This angers the latter, who makes a comment on Stan’s jewellery. This prompts the latter to retort by saying that he could buy Tina’s whole house with his jewellery.

Shalin comes to Tina’s defence, warning Stan not to act smart. This leads to an all out argument between the two, with heated words being exchanged. Stan feels that Shalin crossed a line at one point, and declares that his fans are watching. The exchange becomes so heated that the other housemates are seen holding the two back from engaging in an all out brawl.

The caption of the promo, shared by Colors TV, read “MC Stan, Shalin aur Tina ke beech hui garma garmi ko kya kar paayega koi calm?”

The previous episode of the show saw a shakeup in the captaincies. After a quirky office themed task, Stan and Sreejita De became the new captains, along with reigning captain Soundarya.
