Bigg Boss 16 October 14, 2022 written update: Priyanka and Soundarya dives into huge fight; Sumbul's father despises Shalin and praises Gautam

Salman Khan as the host of the show has begun a new pattern and the audience is loving it. The Bollywood star likes to meet the Bigg Boss 16 contestants every weekend once in person inside the house. The actor gets to see and meet everyone personally and also seems to communicate better than ever before. The second Weekend Ka Vaar has been interesting as well as full of secret developments.

The Shukravar Ka Vaar begins with everyone waking up to Salman Khan's Alla Duhaai from Race 3 as he is the Big Boss for the day. Soon after that, the host introduces a new task. Gori Nagori goes first and calls Sreejita De shaatir and kadvi zubaan. Archana Gautam calls Soundarya Sharma ghamandi and laalchi. She in turn calls Archana kadvi, paltu and laalchi. MC Stan calls Shalin Bhanot paltu and ghamandi. Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia calls Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary kadvi, paltu and ghamandi. Shiv Thakare calls Shalin ghamandi. Sajid Khan calls Abdu Rozik ghamandi. Abdu calls Sajid boring and ghamandi. Sumbul Touqeer calls Gori Nagori a teekhi churi, kadvi and ghamandi. Ankit Gupta calls Shalin kadvi and khadoos. Priyanka calls Nimrit paltu and shaatir. Gautam Singh Vig calls Shalin boring and khadoos. Shalin calls Soundarya kadvi, boring and paltu.

After a while, Sajid Khan gets asked to step into the confession room. Before coming out of the confession room Sajid gets a task to hide Abdu Rozik from everyone in a secret room. The whole house start searching for him but obviously couldn't find him. After a while, Salman himself enters the house with Abdu and surprises everyone.

Moving on, he starts with playing a game and gives tasks to Shalin, Tina, Gautam and Sumbul to win their favourite belongings. After that Salman unveils to Priyanka that Soundarya has spoken very mean things about her in connection with Ankit and his mother. This sparks a huge fight between the two girls.

After some time the Code Name: Tiranga stars Prineeti Chopra and Harrdy Sandhu enter the show to promote their latest action-thriller film. Being singers along with actors, both of them croon a few songs dedicated to some of the contestants including Abdu Rozika and MC Stan.

Toward the end, Sumbul's father surprises her as he enters the Bigg Boss 16 stage to see and talk to his daughter via video conference. The man greets his daughter first but later confesses that he is disappointed with the fact that so innocent and everyone is just icing her including Shalin Bhanot. The father lectures the Naagin actor about playing games with his daughter as well as tells Tina that he did not expect that she will also use Sumbul like this. On the other hand, he praises Gautam, Ankit, Shiv and Archana for supporting his daughter directly or indirectly.
