Bhumi Pednekar reveals being diagnosed with dengue, here's her update from the hospital

It seems like the rise in pollution and dengue outbreak is affecting everyone around, including those in Tinsel Town. The latest celebrity to have contracted the virus is Bhumi Pednekar. After a week-long battle with dengue in the hospital, the actor has taken to her social media to share a health update and confirm that she is feeling better. The actor is still recovering and shared a picture from the hospital. Read on to learn everything you should know about the same.

Bhumi, on her official Instagram handle, shared a picture where she can be seen being admitted to a hospital. In her detailed caption, she wrote how she had been battling dengue fever for the past eight days and had to be taken to the Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai. The Bheed actor, in her caption, has spoken about pollution and advised her fans and followers to stay safe and protect themselves.

Bhumi wrote, “Ek Dengue ke machar ne, mujhe 8 din ka massive torture de diya. But today I woke up feeling like a WOW, so I had to click a selfie. Guys be careful, cause the last few days were extremely tough for my family and I. Mosquito repellents are a must right now. Keep your immunity up. High pollution levels have most of our immunities compromised. Quite a few people I know have gotten dengue recently.”

“Yet again ek invisible virus ne halat kharab kar di :) Thank you my doctors for taking such good care of me @hindujahospital @bajankhusrav #DrAgarwal. Big shout out to the nursing, kitchen, and cleaning staff that were so kind and helpful. Most of all Maa, Samu, and my Tanu,” Bhumi Pednekar added.
