Chiranjeevi to remix his own hit song in Bholaa Shankar
Bholaa Shankar
Megastar Chiranjeevi is doing back-to-back films and next in line is Bholaa Shankar. The film is fast completing its shoot and stars Tamannah and Keerthy Suresh in key roles. The film has music by Mahati Swara Sagar, son of the legendary music director Mani Sharma. One of the songs was also wrapped up a few days back in Hyderabad.
The word is that one of Chiranjeevi's iconic film songs, Ramma Chilakamma from Gunasekhar's Choodalani Undi is being remixed in Bholaa Shankar. Incidentally, the song was composed by Mani Sharma and his son, Mahati Swara Sagar has remixed his dad's song for Bholaa Shankar. This makes things even more special. The word is that this song has also been canned secretly but is yet to be confirmed by the makers.
Bholaa Shankar is being directed by Meher Ramesh who has not made a film for over ten years now. So, a lot is resting on his shoulders to make this film a big hit. Bholaa Shankar is the remake of the Ajith hit Vedhalam. The film's story has been altered a bit to suit the Telugu nativity. Keerthy Suresh is playing Chiranjeevi's sister in this film.
On the other hand, Chiranjeevi has never remixed his own song until now and when the idea came up to him from the musician, he loved the idea and has given a green signal. The makers have kept this news a secret and want it to be a surprise. But as the cat is out of the bag, we need to see when will the makers announce it officially.
