Bheemla Nayak stars Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati in lead roles.
Bheemla Nayak director Sagar K Chandra recently called the film’s writer Trivikram Srinivas the force that kept the film’s team together.
According to Times of India, at an event celebrating the film’s success, Sagar said, “We are all flowers of a garland, who were kept together by Trivikram, who acted as a thread. He's the one who held us together, coordinated with each team. We are forever thankful for his continuous efforts in keeping us all motivated despite the challenges.”
Sagar also had words of praise for composer S. Thaman, saying that his music added great value to the scenes.
The director added that the crew and makers are “overwhelmed” by the response the movie has been getting, and is hearing that the action drama is getting blockbuster reports with mind-blowing collections.
As reported by Times of India, Bheemla Nayak made a whopping Rs 36.73 crores on its opening day from Andhra Pradesh and other territories. It is the Telugu remake of the hit Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum starring Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Backed by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments, Bheemla Nayak also features Nithya Menen, Samyuktha Menon, Samuthirakani, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Raghu Babu and Teja Kakamanu in supporting roles.
