Bharateeyudu 2 box office collection day 2: The Shankar film falls flat
Bharateeyudu 2 took a solid start on day one in Telugu states as it made Rs 6 crore. But from the second day, things have fallen flat at the box office.

Bharateeyudu 2 is Kamal Haasan's latest film, which hit the screens on July 12, 2024. There was a very low buzz for the film, but as the release date drew near, the bookings were decent in Telugu states and the Shankar film took a decent opening.
Bharateeyudu 2-day collections in Telugu states
Though the film started with a dull word of mouth, the day one collection of Bharateeyudu 2 was Rs 6 crore share. But on the second day, the collections fell flat and Indian 2 made only Rs 3 crore in Telugu states. So far, the film has made Rs 9 crore in Telugu states.
On Sunday, the third day of its release, Bharateeyudu has lost its sheen and the occupancy has fallen like a pack of cards. Only those who had booked the tickets for a weekend watch are gracing the theaters. The occupancy in Hyderabad city is decent, but in the rest of the areas, Bharateeyudu 2 has fallen flat.

Bharateeyudu pre-release business details
We at OTTplay have already reported that the theatrical rights have been sold for a whopping Rs 21 crore in Telugu. But looking at the way, the Kamal Haasan film is going at the box office, the film will be out of several theaters once the weekdays start.
The Telugu distributors will lose big money as per the trade analysts. Shankar is being trolled brutally on social media for the way he has narrated the film in a silly manner. Seeing the dull response, the Telugu version was even trimmed to 20 minutes but still, there is no respite as the occupancy for Indian 2 has fallen badly in Telugu states.
We need to see how much the film makes in the days to come. Anirudh composed music for this film with Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Bhavani Shankar in crucial roles. Siddharth played an important character. Watch this space for more updates.
