Bhagavanth Kesari is the latest Telugu biggie that has caught the imagination of one and all. The action drama is directed by Anil Ravipudi, who has not given a single flop to date in his career. Bhagavanth Kesari was released on October 19, 2023, with a positive word of mouth. Sreeleela and Kajal played the female leads in this film.

We at OTTplay have already reported the action drama has made Rs 51 crore gross in its first two days. Well, the Balakrishna starrer has completed its first weekend and has made Rs 72 crore gross in its first three days worldwide.

The special aspect here is that the day three collections of the film were better than day two. While the social drama made Rs 19 crore gross on day two, it made Rs 21 crore gross on the third day which shows how well the film is being loved by one and all.

As the other festival releases, Leo and Tiger Nageswara Rao opened to mixed reviews in Telugu, this has given Bhagavanth Kesari an undue advantage at the box office. Seeing the craze, the makers have also increased the screens in various areas of the Telugu states.

The makers are thrilled with the response to the film and predict big numbers over the next few days which are festival holidays. Bhagavanth Kesari is quite special as it also marks the Telugu debut of Hindi star Arjun Rampal. He was seen as Rahul Sanghvi in the film which was produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi on a massive scale.

Amazon Prime has bought the digital rights for this film which also marks the comeback of Kajal Aggarwal into Telugu cinema after her child's birth. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
