Bhagavanth Kesari is Balakrishna's biggest film to date and was released on close to 1,100 screens in just the Telugu states alone. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film has Sreeleela and Kajal Aggarwal as the female leads. Sahu Harapti and Harish Peddi produced this film, which has music by Thaman and was released on October 19, 2023.
Earlier today, we reported that Bhagavanth Kesari had grossed just over Rs 50 crore worldwide in the first two days. As the word of mouth is good, Bhagavanth Kesari is going great guns at the box office.
Well, as the festive holidays are on, the occupancy for the film is also good in most areas of its release across the Telugu states. Seeing the solid response, the makers have added close to 60 screens across the Telugu states.

On the other hand, Ravi Teja's Tiger Nageswara Rao was also released during the weekend, and this gave Bhagavanth Kesari solid competition. But as the word of mouth for Tiger Nageswarara Rao is mixed, the occupancy for the Balakrishna film has only grown from the second day onwards.
Also, Leo has slowed down in Telugu states on day two, giving more advantage to Bhagavanth Kesari. Balakrishna and Sreeleela are busy promoting the film even after its release and have created a decent vibe.
Balakrishna is presented in a completely new avatar in this film and plays his age. Arjun Rampal made his Telugu debut with this film, which also has Kajal Aggarwal in a key role. Watch this space for more updates.
