Benz: Raghava Lawrence film to mark debut of Sai Abhyankkar as music composer

We had already reported that actor-choreographer Raghava Lawrence will be headlining the upcoming Tamil film titled Benz. The makers of the film recently unveiled an exciting update and announced that musician Sai Abhyankkar will be making his film debut as the music composer of Benz.
Benz update: Sai Abhyankkar joins LCU
The makers of Benz, the upcoming Tamil film, recently unveiled the teaser of the film for the occasion of Raghava Lawrence's birthday. Written and directed by filmmaker Bakkiyaraj Kannan, the film is produced under director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s home production house, G Squad along with Passion Studios and The Route.

Recently, the makers of Benz announced that sensational musician Sai Abhyankkar will be making his film debut with Benz. A small video was released to make the announcement. The video began with Sai Abhyankkar fretting over his dull life with no entertainment, and he began to play drums. Soon he realises that entertainment can be his life, as we see him performing his famous Aasa Kuda. He is approached by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and Lokesh Kanagaraj, who say Benz is an action film.
Sai Abhyankkar has composed and performed in songs like Aasa Kuda and Katchi Sera, which have gone viral on social media. He is the son of singers Tippu and Harini.

Benz is expected to be part of Lokesh Kanagaraj's LCU, which already consists of Kaithi, Leo and Vikram. The makers have not yet revealed how the latest film will be connected to the previous installments. LCU is a network of stories by Lokesh Kanagaraj that revolves around vigilantes against drug trafficking. Actors like Vijay, Karthi, Kamal Haasan, and Suriya, are already part of LCU.
A release date for Benz has not yet been revealed. Benz is written and directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan, with a story by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The cast and crew of the film are expected to be revealed soon.
