Bedurulanka 2012: Ram Charan loved the trailer and enquired every detail of the film, says producer Benny Muppaneni

Bedurulanka 2012 is the latest comedy which will be out on August 25, 2023. In this article, producer Bobby reveals how much Ram Charan loved the trailer and enquired about the film

Bedurulanka 2012 is one film that has caught the imagination of one and all. After the National award-winning films ‘Colour Photo’ and ‘Tellavarithe Guruvaram’ producer Ravindra Banerjee (Benny) Muppaneni produces Bedurulanka on a decent budget. Karthikeya Gummakonda and 'DJ Tillu' fame Neha Shetty play lead roles in this film which has been directed by Clax, who is making his debut as a director for this film.

This movie is presented by Yuvraj and getting released this Friday, August 25, 2023. Speaking about the film, producer Benny says that fear also plays a key role in the story and hence they named the film 'Bedurulanka 2012'.

The film is set in an imaginary village in the year 2012. The moment I heard the script, I felt that it has a lot of potential but has to be told in a very entertaining way says the producer. Karthikeya will be seen in the role of a person living who lives life according to his own terms. Neha Shetty will be seen in the role of the hero's girlfriend.

As shown in the promos, Bedurulanka has multiple characters and when asked Benny, he says that none of the characters is there just for the sake of it and each one has a purpose in the film. When asked about Neha Shetty, the producer said that the director was not keen on roping her but he was sure that Neha would pull off the role and now she is one of the selling points of the film.

The trailer of this movie was released by Ram Charan and when asked about it, Benny says before releasing the trailer, Ram Charan asked what the story was about. After watching the trailer, he talked about Ajay Ghosh's character, in particular, and praised Mani Sharma's music. Last but not least, the young producer says that he has finalized three projects and will announce them after the release of 'Bedurulanka 2012'.
