A slew of contestants have walked out of the show citing different reasons
When writer and storyteller Bava Chelladurai decided to walk out of the show within a week citing health reasons, the decision came as a surprise to many. However, this is not the first time that a contestant has walked out of the show midway.
GP Muthu
YouTuber and social media personality GP Muthu, who was one of the most popular contestants of the last season, walked out of the show after he said that he was feeling extremely homesick and that he wanted to spend time with his family. He was allowed to walk out in a short span.
Saravanan
Unlike many others who walked out of Bigg Boss Tamil, Paruthiveeran actor Saravanan was ousted from the show after he said that he had molested women in public transport during a conversation. Though Saravanan apologised for the act and for his statement, he was ousted for misbehaving with women.
Madhumitha
During a heated argument with her housemates, Madhumitha, tried to inflict harm on herself to prove that she was right. This was clearly against the rules of the house and Kamal Haasan, the show's host reprimanded her for setting a bad example for everyone out there.
Bharani
In the maiden season of the show, actor Bharani was sidelined by many in the house after an allegation was made that women were not safe in the house with him around. Bharani, who was traumatised after the allegation, tried to jump over the wall and escape the house. He was later let to.
Shri
Actor Shri, who was also part of the first season, left the show within four days after he cited personal issues. He was allowed to walk out.
