Bangla Medium: Misty Singh enters as the brand new Suhana in Neel-Tiyasha’s mega-serial

The Star Jalsa serial Bangla Medium, which features Neel Bhattacharya and Tiyasha, is consistently beaten by its competitor Neem Phooler Madhu in the TRP battle. Now, a popular face of Jalsha is making a grand entry in the Neel-Tiaysa serial. Sampurna Lahiri is being removed from her character Suhana, as she already opened up about it.

According to the sources, Misty Singh is entering the serial. She was previously seen in an important role in producer Susanta Das’ serial Aalta Phoring. Misty has already started shooting for Bangla Medium. Her track will start on Thursday. Is she coming as Suhana? Initially, Misty kept the suspense alive for her fans. The media tried to contact her, but she did not take the call. However, on Thursday morning, she took to her social media and confirmed that she would indeed be seen as Suhana.

Misty, popular as Bhadu, started her second innings in May. She got married to her longtime boyfriend Remo. She took a break from work and had her honeymoon in Europe. She was seen offering a puja in the Tarapith Temple. Is she taking blessings before restarting?

Sampurna, on the other hand, did not hide her displeasure at being removed from the serial. She told Hindustan Times Bangla, “This is not a personal decision. This is a joint decision of the channel and the production house and that was why I gave the NOC. They thought that they could not use me and the character of Suhana was not justified.”
