The highly anticipated second season of Prime Video's original series Bandish Bandits will stream on December 13, 2024, the streaming service announced today. Season two of this critically acclaimed musical drama picks up where season one left off, pitting the lead actors Radhe and Tamanna against one another in their pursuit of fame and acceptance through an inventive fusion of Indian classical music's complex ragas, talas, and bandishes with the powerful, electrifying rhythms of contemporary rock and pop. As the story progresses, we learn more about the characters' family histories and how they fit into the world. The series also shows themes of self-determination, empowerment, and the harmony between tradition and modernity emerge as the characters grow into their own identities.

Returning and new cast members join Bandish Bandits Season 2

Produced by Amritpal Singh Bindra and directed by Anand Tiwari, the Leo Media Collective Private Limited production will showcase a versatile cast featuring Ritwik Bhowmik, Shreya Chaudhry, Sheeba Chaddha, Atul Kulkarni, Rajesh Tailang, and Kunaal Roy Kapur. It will also feature new additions Divya Dutta, Rohan Gurbaxani, Yashaswini Dayama, Aaliyah Qureshi, and Saurabh Nayyar in important roles.

Amritpal Singh Bindra, the producer of Bandish Bandits Season 2 expressed his satisfaction with the series in a statement.
