One of the major pillars of the film is Dil Raju, who presented the film. His nephew and daughter Anshita produced Balagam on a really low budget. Director Venu Yeldandi is being lauded for his honest narration in the film which is based on how things change when an elderly person in the family passes away. Balagam also had a great message for all which is unity in diversity.
Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyanram played the main leads in this film which had all local Telangana artists. Bheems composed the music and the film had a great climax with heart wrenching emotions. It is good that the film has started to get international acclaim and we need to see where the film goes from here on.
