On Sunday night, several celebrities will be presenting a highly sought-after golden mask. This includes Deepika Padukone David Beckham, Dua Lipa, and Cate Blanchett, who will be presenting the BAFTA Film Awards. However, it has not been announced which categories.

Well, it does come as delightful news, as Deepika will be presenting yet another international award after her unforgettable appearance last year at the Oscars. For the uninitiated, the actor gave an introduction to the "banger" song Naatu Naatu from RRR ahead of its performance. The film went on to win the prestigious award at the Academy Awards later that evening.

Meanwhile, as per reports in Variety, Adjoa Andoh from Bridgerton Hugh Grant, and Lily Collins will all be joining them on stage during the evening. Emma Corrin, Gillian Anderson, Himesh Patel, and Idris Elba are among the other announced presenters of awards. Jack O'Connell and Emma Mackay, who were both winners before, will be presenting the Rising Star Award. Sophie Wilde, Mia McKenna-Bruce, Jacob Elordi, Ayo Edebiri, and Phoebe Dynevor are all contenders this year.

Special performances and hosting details revealed

In addition to hosting the event, former Doctor Who David Tennant will be hosting it, and Hannah Waddingham will perform a "special cover song" at the ceremony. Sophie Ellis Bexter, whose 24-year-old single Murder on the Dancefloor made a comeback in Emerald Fennell's Saltburn will also be performing that night.

On Sunday night, the Royal Festival Hall in London will host the BAFTA Film Awards. Britbox will air them in the United States and other regions, while the BBC and iPlayer will carry them in the United Kingdom. Bradley Cooper, Carey Mulligan, and Barry Keoghan from Saltburn will be in attendance, as will Cillian Murphy from Oppenheimer as well as filmmakers Yorgos Lanthimos, Christopher Nolan, Celine Song, and Greta Gerwig.
